Ticketmaster guarantees that a full refund (including all fees) will be provided any purchaser on Exchange if the ticket does not allow the purchaser to enter the event (unless the ticket is canceled due to an act or omission by the purchaser) or if the ticket fails to conform to its description on Exchange. Ticketmaster further guarantees that if an event is canceled, a full refund of the ticket purchase price (including convenience fees but excluding any handling and delivery charges) will be provided.
